Crispy Pork Adobo Food Recipe


Ingredients:
Pork-1 kilo
Water-1liter
Salt-1/2 tablespoon
Cooking Oil- 500ml
Atchara

Procedure:
1. Chop the pork in square form small size. Wash with water.
2. In your cook pot put the chopped pork and add water level of meat.
3. Bring to a boil wait for 20minutes and separate the meat from the boiled water put it in plate.
4. Heat your frying pan and then add more or less 500ml cooking oil then add the pork.
5. Cover the whole frying pan. And leave it for 10minutes then turn off the flame before you get the cover because the cooking oil will spread out if the flame is still on. Mix the meat then cover and turn on the flame again.
6. You must follow the instruction in number 5, until you’ll see the meat will become brown and crispy.
7. Serve immediately with papaya atchara.


To be creative that makes you a unique person. To be a cook is not an easy task to because it needs time and perseverance.
Mostly in special occasions people will prefer to celebrate at the restaurant because they think to eat at the restaurant is special, but do you know that the more you choose to celebrate at home, the more you can really experienced 100% freedom because you can prepare whatever you like and you can choose the food you really want. In restaurant you can choose the only available menu and sometimes it is not there, tendency you are forced to eat the food you didn’t like but in fairness there are restaurants the food is delicious but really expensive though. In my opinion, to eat at the restaurants is quite cool because there different kinds people to see eating but it advisable not to eat with many people involve. Restaurant is great for the couple it is kind of date style. At home, you can buy whatever food you like to cook but it really needs time and plans for every ingredient of recipes you want to prepare and the setting of your home just put some decorations to feel something have different environment or instead of eating inside you try to eat at your terrace. Try to be more creative and you will enjoy.

Beef Loaf with egg Burger food Recipe






Ingredients:
Beef Loaf- 1 big can
Egg- 1pc.
Burger bread- 6pcs.
UFC ketsup sauce
Hot and spicy sauce
Mayonnaise or Sandwich spread
Cooking Oil

Instructions:
1. Open the can of Beef Loaf and take out the meat inside and then chop in thin circle.
2. Scramble the egg put little bit salt to have taste mix the chopped beef loaf into the scramble egg
3. In your pan put cooking oil apply heat then cook the chopped beef loaf with mixed egg, the heat must be low until it becomes light brown.
4. Heat the burger bread a little bit then put the mayonnaise into the bread and add the cooked beef loaf into the burger bread. It is good if it is hot.
5. Put Ketsup and Hot n spicy sauce. Serve immediately.

Cheese Dog Homemade Burger Food Recipe



This recipe is best for breakfast because it contains a lot of proteins and carbohydrates. It is great that your morning starts more proteins.

Ingredients:
Cheese dog- 1/4 kilo
Cheese dog bread-6pcs.
UFC ketsup sauce
Hot and spicy sauce
Mayonnaise or Sandwich spread
Cooking Oil
Lettuce-1pc.
Procedures:
1. In your pan put cooking Oil apply heat then cook the cheese dog.
2. Heat the bread a little bit; put mayonnaise or sandwich spread then add the cooked cheese dog.
3. Add UFC ketsup and hot and spicy sauce lastly the lettuce.

Rice soup with Fish Ball and Asparagus Vegetable Food Recipe

Rice soup has Filipino name of lugaw or puspas. This food is good for breakfast with bread or spam either burger steak.

Ingredients:
Rice…1 cup
Fish Ball…1/4
Star Margarine…1tablespoon
Asparagus….1/4
Water
Garlic
Onions
Cooking Oil
Pepper
Salt
Ajinomoto

Procedure:
1. Wash the rice. Set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil and fry fish ball and once it’s light brown turn off heat. Set aside.
3. In your pot apply heat and put cooking oil then adds star margarine and chopped garlic and onions.
4. Add the rice and the cooked fish ball and combine all ingredients add more water as long as the rice will become cooked rice.
5. Do not cover the casserole pot in full while it is boiling.
6. Always mix the soup rice with fish ball to avoid the rice not to stick in a pot.
7. If it needs to add more water, it is fine but gradually until rice is cooked.
8. Add chopped asparagus the and pepper, salt and ajinomoto to have taste and finally serve immediately while it’s hot.

Mungbeans or Monggoes Sprout with Longanisa Carrots food Recipes

Bean sprout or in Philippines called Tauge, is one of the affordable vegetables you can buy at big store and at the market. It is a healthy food, easy to cook.

Ingredients:
Tauge or Bean sprout---1/4 kilo
Longanisa---4pcs.
Water---1/2cup
Garlic
Onions
Cooking oil
Soy sauce
Salt
Ajinomoto


Procedure:
1. Wash the tauge and put it in a clean plate.
2. Peel garlic and onions then chop in small pieces.
3. Peel longanisa and chop in small or in thin form cirle.
4. Heat cooking oil and add garlic and onions wait until it become brown.
5. Add the chopped longanisa, combine and put soy sauce.
6. Then add the ½ cup of water let it boil.
7. After that, add the bean sprout with carrots.
8. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
9. Turn off the heat and put it into the plate.

Adobong Tilapia Recipes

According to wikipedia, Tilapia is a kind of fish that is least expensive but most popular because it can be process into skinless, boneless fillets and it is high nutrition, it is a low saturated fat, low calorie, low carbohydrate and low sodium protein. This recipe is good in preparation for lunch.

Ingredients:
¼ kilo medium sized tilapia
Garlic minced
1 cup vinegar
1/3 cup of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Scrape the scales of the fish and clean.
2. Add all ingredients to the fish cover then let it boil for 15-20 minutes.
3. Do not apply too much heat while cooking to maintain its quality of the ingredients.

Chicken Breast Soup Recipe


There was a time I didn’t know what to cook for the lunch. And when I opened the refrigerator I saw the chicken breast, and this recipe was came up to my mind and right then I cooked it. On the other hand, it is very lucky because my mother planted a Malunggay tree in our yard and it has a lot leaves.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Malunggay Leaves
Garlic
Onions
Salt
Ajinomoto


Preparations:
1. Wash chicken breast.
2. Peel garlic, onions and mince.
3. Separate Malunggay leaves from the stem.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pan put the chicken breast, add water level to the chicken breast.
2. Bring to a boil, when the chicken breast color will change to pure white it is cook.
3. Add malunggay leaves, garlic, onions.
4. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
5. Serve while it is hot.

Tips:
Step1: If you prepare for 2persons, it must be one chicken breast only.
Step2: Soup recipe contains more minerals if it is not over cooked.
Step3: Put tiny chili pepper of your soup to remains the hotness.
Step4: Fried dried fish is good for this recipe.

This is very easy and very healthy way of cooking.

Tuna Recipe

Delicious tuna recipe

Ingredients:
Canned Tuna flakes- 1 can
Pechay
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar

Preparations:
1. Separate each leaves of pechay, wash pechay and chop in three.
2. Open Canned Tuna flakes in can opener.
3. Peel garlic, onions and mince.

Cooking process:
1. In a pan put pechay, add water below level to the pechay and put some salt.
2. Let it boil then turn off the heat. Separate pechay from the boiled water. Set aside.
3. In another pan add cooking oil, sauté garlic, onions, add tuna flakes, some vinegar then mix it.
4. Add cooked pechay then mix it.
5. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
6. Serve immediately.

Completed tuna recipe serve hot
Tips:
1. Always remember Pechay is a leaves so it will quickly cook.
2. The best pair dish to serve with tuna flakes recipe is scrambled egg.

Fish soup recipe

Fish with Malabar Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
Fish
Malabar Spinach
Spring Onions
Ginger
Tomato
Garlic
Chili pepper
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:
1. Clean fish take off the scales, gills, and inside stomach. Cut the fish if it is needed.
2. Peel garlic, ginger and mince.
3. Clean and wash spring onions and cut.
4. Wash tomato and chop.
5. Wash Chili pepper and chop in half.
6. Clean Malabar Spinach leaves don’t include the hard stem.


Cooking process:
1. In a pan heat cooking oil sauté garlic, tomato, spring onions and garlic.
2. Add fish into the pan and let the spices will absorb the fish.
3. Add water level with the fish.
4. Let it boil and don’t cover the pan.
5. Add Malabar Spinach, chili pepper and let it cook for 1minutes
6. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Don’t over cook the spices and vegetables because it will decrease the taste and minerals of the recipe.
Step2: You can change Malabar spinach to pechay.

String beans
Corn Beef
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar
Soy sauce

Water

Preparations:
1. Wash string beans and cut in 3inches.
2. Peel garlic and onions mince.

Cooking process:
1. In a pan sauté garlic and onions.
2. Add string beans mix well.
3. Put little vinegar and soy sauce.
4. Add 1/2cup of water to cook string beans.
5. When it is tender, add corn beef and mix.
6. Lower heat then add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.

Vinegar

Preparations:
1. Wash and clean Mussel Clump or tahong.
2. Wash cut spring onions and tomato
3. Peel ginger, garlic, onions.
4. Wash chili pepper and cut by half.

Cooking process:
1. In your pan heat cooking oil sauté garlic, onions and tomato.
2. Add ginger and spring onions.
3. Add Mussel Clump or tahong wait until the color will change into orange.
4. Then put little vinegar.
5. Add water level to the Mussel Clump or tahong let it boil.
6. Do not cover the pan. While it’s boiling add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Finally add chili peppers.
8. Serve while it is still hot.

Healthy Native Vegetables Soup Recipes

Taro bisol or gabe 1pc.
Malabar spinach
Squash 1/4kilo
Lemon grass
Garlic

Preparations:
1. Separate malunggay leaves from the malunggay stem.
2. Peel taro and chop in small size.
3. Chop Squash the same size with taro.
4. Separate Malabar spinach leaves from the Malabar spinach stem.
5. Wash Lemon grass and fold it.
6. Peel garlic, onions and mince.

Cooking Process:
1. In your pan put the taro and add water level with the taro vegetable.
2. Boil it after 5minutes add the squash.
3. When vegetables are tender, add lemon grass, Malabar spinach leaves, malunggay leaves, garlic and onions.
4. Put salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
5. Serve soup white it’s hot.

Tips:
Step1: Malabar spinach leaves and malunggay leaves are soft no need to apply more heat. It is advisable to add salt and ajinomoto right away when malunggay and Malabar spinach leaves are inside the heat pan already because it is not good if it is over cooked.
Step2: Don’t let the soup will stay longer into the heat pan, it must be transfer right away to the big bowl.

 Ingredients:

Ground pork – 1/4kilo
Carrots
Chayote
White Potato
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar

1. Peel carrots, chayote, white potato and chop very small slice same with the ground pork size.

2. Peel garlic, onions and chop very small also.

3. Combine carrots, chayote and white potato in a bowl.

2. Add ground pork to hot pan.

3. Add  vinegar and soy sauce to have delicious smell.

4. When ground pork turns brown add the combined vegetables and mix well.

5. Add 1cup of water for vegetables to cook.

6. When vegetables becomes tender add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.

7. Serve immediately.



Tips:
Step1: If 1cup of water is not enough to cook for the vegetables, add another cup of water. However, always avoid not to excess adding water to the recipe because this is not a soup style.

Step2: When putting a taste into the recipe, you must add first the salt followed by the ajinomoto.



Step3: Remember if you’re recipe is salty it can not be eaten. Much better if they complain of lacking a salt rather than it is salty.

Pork Shank
Taro – in English | Gabi or Bisol - in Visayan
Pechay
String Beans
Chayote or Sayote
Garlic

1. Wash Pork Shank meat.
2. Peel taro and chop thick small slices.
3. Wash Pechay and separate each leaves.
4. Cut String beans in 3inches.
5. Peel garlic, onions, Ginger and mince.
6. Peel chayote or sayote and chop it small slices.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pan put the cleaned pork shank meat and add water level of the meat.
2. Apply heat and let it boil and when water will dry add water until the pork shank meat will become tender.
3. Add taro and chayote to cook. Wait taro and chayote become tender then add the strings beans.
4. Add pechay together with the garlic, onions and ginger.
5. Put Salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
6. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Always add water level to the pochero because soup it is very important of this recipe.
Step2: There are vegetables are soft and no need to apply more heat like, string beans and pechay.
Step3: Pochero recipe is good to serve hot, put some chili pepper. However, chili peppers is advisable for adult only. Kids must not include.

Fish Stew Recipe

Flying Fish
Vinegar
Garlic

Msg or Ajinomoto
Oil

Preparations:
1. Clean fish take off the scales, gills and inside the stomach.
2. Peel garlic, Onions and ginger then mince.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pot put the cleaned fish.
2. Add minced garlic, Onions and ginger.
3. Put Salt and msg or ajinomoto to have taste.

Beef Steak Recipe


Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin
Garlic
White Onions
Soy sauce
Calamansi juice, lemon or lime
Cooking oil
Preparation:
1. Cut beef steak into small thin slice.
2. Peel and mince the garlic.
3. Peel white onions and cut it in thick rings form.
4. In a bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, calamansi juice and beef steak and marinate for at least 1hour.

Cooking process:
1. Heat pan, add oil and add white onions. Set aside.
2. Remove steak from marinades add the steak into the hot pan to cook. Set aside.
3. Reduce heat and pour the marinades into the same hot pan. Add the white onion rings and simmer until marinades reduce by half.
4. Pour cook marinades and white onions over the beef steak. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: White onions must be tender and its white color will remain until it is cooked.
Step2: To marinate the beef steak it must be mix it well.
Step3: Always keep the food warm.

Pinoy Barbeque Recipe



Ingredients:
Pork
Garlic
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Sprite or 7up
Bamboo sticks
Charcoal

Preparations:
1. Cut meat into thin. Slice garlic thinly.
2. In a bowl combine meat, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and soda for marinate process.
Tips: Best if you refrigerate the marinades overnight.
3. Soak bamboo sticks in water at least 1hour to prevent burning.
4. Thread marinated pork slices onto each bamboo sticks.

Cooking:
1. Prepare charcoal for grilling. Charcoal must be red hot and without flames.
2. Boil the excess marinades for basting.
3. Grill for 4minutes, basting occasionally the rotate grill for 4minutes and 8minutes total. Do not over cook.
4. Serve immediately.

Fried bangus recipe


Ingredients:
Bangus or milk fish
garlic
soy sauce
ajinomoto or magic sarap
vinegar
water
cooking oil

Cooking process:
1. Clean bangus slice to half.
2. Peel garlic minced.
3. Combine ingredients, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, little water, bangus and wait for 20minutes.
4. Separate marinated bangus from the sauce set aside.
5. Heat cooking oil in a pan and put the marinated bangus or milk fish and cook in medium heat only.
5. When it's golden brown, add the sauce to adobong bangus and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Tips: When you cook food for your meal, you must measure the quantity of food that you want to eat.

How to make Atchara

 Ingredients:

Green papaya
Rock Salt
Garlic
Ginger
Onions
Red Bell Pepper
Green Bell Pepper
Vinegar
White Sugar

Preparation:

1. Remove papaya skin. Grate Papaya.

2. Put rock salt in grated papaya.

3. Peel garlic, ginger, carrots and onions and cut it to long thin narrow pieces.

4. Take off seeds from red bell pepper and green bell pepper and cut it to long thin narrow pieces.

5. Squeeze out all the grated papaya liquid. Set Grated papaya aside.

Cooking Process:

 
1. Combine vinegar and white sugar in a pan and let it boil for 2minutes. Wait to cool.


2. Combine all ingredients to the vinegar and white sugar including grated papaya, garlic, ginger, carrots, onions, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.


3. Put cooked atchara in a bottle with cover. And for best result of Atchara recipes let it store for about 5-7days. But if you want to eat it right away it is fine.
 


Tips:
Papaya Atchara recipe is great for lechon baboy, lechon manok, pinapotok na isda, crispy pata, beef tapa and lechon kawali.

Atchara is good to have your good apetite.

Buy fresh food at grocery and market tips

Vegetables- When buying vegetables at the market look first the colors. Each vegetable has different colors. When at the grocery store you have to see the expiry date of the products because even if the vegetables are old stocks it’s not easy to identify the changes of its colors because of the cold temperature. It is very important to eat fresh vegetables all the time.
Meat (Pork, Beef, Chicken and Fish) - At the market meat are not really guaranteed clean because of the flies and open air. To buy wisely, meats in the market are fresh during early in the morning at 5-7am mostly those meat are new and fresh. While at the grocery store it is an advantage to buy meat because it is free from germs but, make sure you are wise enough to determine the meat if it is new or not because it is so much difficult to know. Meat in grocery store is always looking fresh but there are sometimes not.

Sweet Potato Recipe
Sweet Potato- Camote in visayan: 1/2kilo
Water

Preparation:
1. In your kettle put sweet potato and add the water level with the sweet potato.
2. Boil it, cover and wait until it’s become tender. Set aside.
Do not let the cooked sweet potato stay long time in your kettle with water because it affects the taste of sweetness of the food.

Ingredients:
Red hot chilli pepper
Ginger
Garlic

Instructions:
1. Put all the chopped Ginger and Garlic then add Red hot chilli pepper in a bottle with vinegar.
2. Mix it and wait for one week. It really smells super good.

Note: Vinegar is use for making marinates of pork, beef, chicken and fish. And it is good for making sauce. Soy sauce and vinegar is partner in making sauce. Without vinegar, your food is tasteless especially when you cook using cooking oil or fry.

 Heart of Banana Recipe

Ingredients:

Puso nang saging- pc
Ground Pork-1/4 kilo
Vinegar
Salt
Soy sauce or patis
Ajinomoto
Onions
Garlic
Cooking Oil

Preparations:

1. Do not include hard part of the puso nang saging only when you can see its white color.

2. Cut puso nang saging into ring style 1-inch. Set aside.

3. In your kettle put water and puso nang saging then and add vinegar and salt.

4. Boil, wait until puso nang saging become tender. Separate from water and set aside.

Cooking process:

1. Heat pan with cooking oil add garlic then onions.

2. Add ground pork stir and add little vinegar then little soy sauce or patis.

3. When ground pork become brown color, add the puso nang saging and mix.

4. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste. Set aside.
