Fresh ripe tomato with Sardines recipe


Quick and Easy to prepare during breakfast

Ingredients:

Ripe tomato- 5pcs
Canned sardines- 1can
Garlic-1pc
Onions-1pc
Cooking oil- 2tablespoon
Soy sauce- 3tablespoon
Salt
Black pepper


Cooking preparations and directions:

1. Wash ripe tomato and slice then put in a plate.

2. Peel garlic and onion, mince garlic and chop onion.

3. Open 1 can of sardines with a can opener or a pointed knife.

4. Heat pan and add cooking oil, then put minced garlic and chopped onion. 

5. When garlic and onions turns golden brown, add sliced ripe tomatoes and mix well.

6. Add soy sauce to add fragrance and taste of tomatoes.

7.  Apply medium heat, when tomatoes is cooked add the sardines and then mix.

8. Add salt and black pepper to have spicy and fresh tastes.

9. Serve immediately the food with your family.





 Tips:

It is good to buy hot and spicy sardines because it adds delicious tastes when you eat.

It is also advisable to add lots of ripe tomatoes because it contains vitamins for the skin.

This recipe is super easy and quick to prepare and this is so good during breakfast time.

This recipe is good when you cook rice with pandan.

Bihon noodles and sardines with lemon grass soup recipe


Ingredients:

Bihon- 1/8 kilo
Sardines- 1 can
Lemon grass- 2 pcs
Garlic
Onions
Cooking oil-2 tablespoon
Water
Salt and pepper

Cooking preparations:

1. Soak bihon noodles with warm water to soften just before cooking.

2.  Open 1 can of sardines.

3. Peel garlic then mince and peel onions and chop.

4. Wash lemon grass then mince the root area and after that knot tight.

Cooking instructions:

1. In a casserole put 2 tablespoon of cooking oil to sauté minced garlic and onions.

2. When spices turns brown, add sardines and then mix until the fish will separate little by little.

3. Add 3 cups of water and lemon grass and then let it to boil. Do not cover the casserole.

4. While it is boiling, add drained bihon noodles and continue mixing.

5. It is optional to add another 1 cup of water to remain the level of soup with the bihon noodles.

6. Turn heat over low volume, while adding salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve immediately with hot rice with pandan leaf.


 Tips:

Don’t forget to soak bihon in warm water because bihon noodles zip almost the water in casserole. 

Lemon grass is one of the secret ingredients in cooking soup recipe to maintain good appetite. 

Garlic and onions are basic ingredients in all recipes.

If you buy sardines, choose the spicy tastes because in soup making spicy adds hotness and freshness.

Much better avoid using too much cooking oil when you make this recipe, to keep eating healthy soup.

Dried Fish with Tomatoes Recipes




Ingredients:
Dried Fish
Tomatoes
Cooking Oil

Cooking instructions:

  1. Heat pan, put cooking oil as desired amount.
  2. Fry dried fish, reverse until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. With the same pan, sauté chopped tomatoes, mix well until it’s done.
  4. Put the cooked tomatoes on the top of dried fish.
  5. It’s optional, add Lemoncito or vinegar.

Tips:

You can buy cheap kilos of dried fish at the public market. ¼ kilo is enough 6 person in the family.
Before you fry the dried fish, Wash it to minimize Salty taste.
Use more green tomatoes because it has more sour taste. than with ripe tomatoes. 
Dried fish recipe is great  with vegetables soup.

This kind of food is cheap so it is advantageous to those who budget. On the other side, try to think more benefits with this recipe, it is easy to make, ingredients is easy to buy and it’s less fat. If you want to stay healthy and live longer in this planet, you must eat this food.

The problems with people, who work in day job, forget to cook the simple food recipes. They just buy in the fast food chain and that makes them lazy and fat. And the worst thing they are getting sick.

How to make Soup Sea Shell with Lemon Grass Recipe




Ingredients:
Sea Shells- 1/2kilo
Spring Onions-2pcs.
Lemon Grass- 3pcs.
Tomatoes-2pcs.
Green Chili Pepper-2pcs.
Garlic
Onions
Cooking Oil- 3tablespoon
Water- 4cups
Salt
Ajinomoto

Cooking Preparations:
  1. Wash Sea Shells place on a plate.
  2. Remove the root to clean spring onions and then cut by 3 or it depends on its length.
  3. Wash Lemon grass and smash the root area and then coil.
  4. Wash tomatoes and green chili pepper and chop as your desire size.
  5. Peel garlic and onions and mince.
Cooking directions:
1. Apply heat to the casserole, put cooking oil when it’s hot place the minced garlic and onions.
2. Put the Sea shells mix well with the spices, when shells turn orange color add water. Let it boil, don’t cover to avoid scum.
3. While it’s still boiling, put Lemon grass and let the soup turns green it means the aroma of Lemon grass absorb.
4. Put the Chili pepper, spring onions and tomatoes.
5. Add Salt and ajinomoto to have taste. And Serve immediately!


Tips:
 You can add your soup with any kinds of vegetables if you like, for example broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and Malunggay. Your Soup looks and taste really delicious.

Milk Fish | Bangus nilagpang food recipes


Ingredients: 
Milk Fish | Bangus- 1/2kilos
Tomatoes- 4pieces
Onions- 1 pc.
Green onion- half
Siling Labuyo | Red chili pepper- 2pieces
Boiled water- 2 cups
Salt

Cooking Preparations:
  1. Remove scales, gut, gills, head and slice bangus | milk fish thinly elongated.
  2.  Slice the tomatoes
  3. Peel and slice the onions.
  4. Remove the roots of the spring onions. Chop it in 3cm.
  5. Place sliced bangus in a pan, and then mix with tomatoes, onions, spring onions and siling labuyo.
  6. Put the 2 cups of water to the mixed ingredients and let it boil until bangus becomes tender.
  7. Season with salt and to have taste and serve immediately.
Tips:

This recipe is best for dinner because our body in the nights needs only light meals especially soup or low in fat food ingredients,  to make the body sleep early and rest well.

The disadvantage of heavy meals like pork and beef, our body demands more energy to digest the food and it result of late sleep or  else if we force our body to sleep it can cause to experience nightmare.
In other words, bangus or milk fish it is has very affordable price and it is easy to buy anywhere in the public market and it also gives good health for our body due to less fat.

Yet, please be aware of the tiny bones of bangus for you children’s safety and watch them eating this kind of fish.

Sautéed Rice Noodles Food Recipes

Sauteed Rice Noodles
Ingredients:
Rice Noodles/ Bihon- 500grams
Pork Belly Liempo
Shrimps
Cooking Oil
Salt
Whole black peppercorns
Ground black pepper
Dried shiitake Mushrooms
Garlic
Onion
Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Cabbage
Small carrots
Green beans
Kamias
Calamansi

Quantity of the ingredients is not stated here because it is better if you are the one who decide the specified amount.
Preparations:
1. In a pot put water then add salt, whole black pepper, pork belly and let it boil until pork is tender. Remove cooked pork from the soup/ broth then cut the fat area of the pork. Set aside. Slice the fat and meat into strips separately. Set the pork broth aside.
2. Peel and remove/devein the shrimps. Make stock using head and shell’s shrimps.
3. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms until soft. Cut the caps by half.
4. Peel and mince the garlic and onions.
5. Cut cabbage in a long narrow strips then peel and cut carrots in julienne strips.
6. Cut diagonally the strings beans in long strips.
7. Halve the calamansi and slice the Kamias crosswise.

Cooking directions:
1. In a wok add the portion of pork belly and render oil until crispy. Set aside then. Using the oil from fat sauté garlic and onion, shrimps, and sliced pork add the shrimp stock.
2. Season with salt pepper, soy, and fish sauces.
3. Add carrots and green beans. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Add the cabbage and mushrooms and continue cooking.
5. Add the pork broth and let boil then add dry rice noodles and toss with rest of the cooked ingredients.
6. Cooked until all the liquid have been absorbed.

Tips:
Place the cooked rice noodles in a big platter or bowls. Garnish with thin Kamias and halve of Calamansi.
Rice noodles/ Bihon don’t need to be soaked.
The most important ingredient is shrimps.
Equal size of cutting the vegetables is an additional beautification in the top of the food.

How to make Bangus Belly ala Pobre Recipes

Ingredients:
Bangus bellies- 2pieces
Chopped garlic- 1 tablespoon
Calamansi- 2 pieces
Chopped olives- 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce- 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil- 3 tablespoon
Cooking Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Marinate Bangus Bellies for about 10 minutes with the combination of calamansi juice, Worcestershire sauce or tamarind juice, salt and pepper.
2. Fry marinated bangus bellies in heat cooking oil. Apply medium heat wait until fish becomes color brown.
3. Place fried bangus bellies on plate with olive oil and spray with garlic chips.
4. Decorate with olive fruits and serve while it’s still hot.

This is very simple recipe to prepare for special occasions. And be reminded that, if you are not an expert to make belly bangus the vendor can do it. And don’t forget to remove the scale of the fish. Another, Worcestershire sauce is not familiar but you can have an option use a tamarind juice, or any sour than calamansi juice. Lastly, if you have excess ingredients, always put it in a refrigerator for the next day recipes.

Dried Fish Recipe Breakfast Special

Dried fish is a very delicious food common in Philippines. The primary reason why its so abundant in my country because most people lived in islands where this is one of their main diet and living (e.g. selling dried fish). It is rich in sodium, omega-3 with a bit of calcium and iron. Combined with eggs, this food will now be rich in protein. I would like to share to you this recipe because its one of my most favorite breakfast meal and a healthy one.

The following are the main ingredients:

4 pieces of dried fish – medium sized

Note: Actually there are different kinds of dried fish, feel free to buy any type. But I suggest you will select the medium sized one as shown in the above screenshot.

2 pieces of eggs
4 tomatoes
1 spring onion
1 or 2 red onion
2 or 3 garlic

Below are the steps to cook this recipe:

1.) Wash the dried fish in tap water. The primary purpose of this is to remove excess salt covering the dried fish body during preservation. If you do not wash it, the dried fish taste too salty. The correct way of washing is to use the faucet and let the water fall directly to the body of the dried fish and wash it. It is not advisable to put the dried fish in a water pan because it can dilute too much of its salt thus depleting its precious mineral contents like salt, calcium and iron. Do not over wash it, as long as you feel the salt minerals covering the body will be removed.

2.) Put the washed dried fish somewhere to dry it a bit.

3.) While the dried fish is dried naturally, beat an egg.

4.) Prepare all spices and tomatoes by slicing it. Then mix it with the eggs. Mix it properly until all ingredients are in the egg mix.

5.) Prepare and heat the frying pan ,put a bit oil it (not too much).

6.) Now, fry the dried fish first. When the color starts to change to slighter deep brown, flip the dried fish on its other side so that it will also be cooked.

7.) Put the eggs to the frying pan evenly across the dried fish covering the entire pan area.

8.) Slow down the fire a bit. Wait until it is entirely cooked.

Tips for more delicious results:

1. Selection of the best quality dried fish is very essential for getting a delicous results. If you have selected a dried fish that is too salty then washing it can hardly remove the entire salt.

2.) Don't overcook the dried fish before putting the eggs because it will not taste good. By the time you put the eggs, the dried fish will be smashed into pieces in the frying pan because of heat.

3.) Do not cook in too much fire because it can stick the eggs and fried fish harder to the pan especially if you put too little oil on it.

Baked Tilapia Fillet Recipes with Dill Sauce



Ingredients:
Tilapia fillet -1/2kilo
Cajun Seasoning- 1tablespoon
Lemon, slice thinly
Mayonaise-1/4cup
Sour Cream-1/2cup
Garlic powder-1/8teaspoon
Fresh Lemon Juice-1teaspoon
Fresh chopped dill 2
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
1. Cut make fish fillet just slice the tilapia fish flesh only after that throw the fish bone.
2. Put fish fillet in a plate and add Salt, Pepper and Cajun seasoning. Then place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets.
3. Bake to cook in an oven, don’t cover the fish and wait for 15-20 minutes.
To make the Dill Sauce;
1. Mix well all the ingredients like mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and fresh chopped dill in a small bowl.

How to make Fried Crispy Crabs Recipes




Ingredients:
Eggs-2pcs
Crabs-1/2kilo
Corn Flour-1/4kilo
Cooking Oil

Instructions:
1. Wash Crabs and cut with its fingers.
2. Roast the crabs by its juice apply in a low heat temperature.
3. When its cook put in a big plates.
4. Break the eggs and pour the inside into the crabs and mix it.
5. Pour corn flour to the crabs make sure it covers all.
6. Heat the pan with cooking oil in medium heat to cook the crabs.
7. When it’s golden take it out put in a big plate. Serve with a with delicious sauce.

To make sauce of the crispy Crabs recipes:
In small plate, combine vinegar, salt, onions and ginger. It’s optional if you like to eat hot spicy because it is good to add chili pepper and it tastes good.

White Squash with Freska Tuna Hot and Spicy Soup Recipe



Ingredients:
White Squash- 1 whole piece
Freska Tuna Hot and Spicy- 2cans
Garlic
Onion
Pepper
Cooking Oil
Water-2cups
Salt

Instructions:
1. Peel the skin of white squash and slice by half to take off the seeds inside the squash then, chops squash into thin and elongated form. Set aside. After that, prepare garlic, onions and cooking oil.
2. In your big pan, put cooking oil then applies heat and sauté minced garlic and onions when it turns brown add white squash and mix it.
3. After a while, you will see the white squash will produce its own juice and continue mixing.
4. Add 2cups of water and wait until it boils right then, you add the Freska Tuna Hot and Spicy. Mix it.
5. While it continue boil put Salt to have taste. And Add pepper to add spicier flavor.

Note: This soup recipe is good during lunch time with hot rice and dried fish dish.

Adobong Tilapia Recipes

According to wikipedia, Tilapia is a kind of fish that is least expensive but most popular because it can be process into skinless, boneless fillets and it is high nutrition, it is a low saturated fat, low calorie, low carbohydrate and low sodium protein. This recipe is good in preparation for lunch.

Ingredients:
¼ kilo medium sized tilapia
Garlic minced
1 cup vinegar
1/3 cup of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Scrape the scales of the fish and clean.
2. Add all ingredients to the fish cover then let it boil for 15-20 minutes.
3. Do not apply too much heat while cooking to maintain its quality of the ingredients.
4. Taste it before you set aside.

Tuna Recipe

Delicious tuna recipe

Ingredients:
Canned Tuna flakes- 1 can
Pechay
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar

Preparations:
1. Separate each leaves of pechay, wash pechay and chop in three.
2. Open Canned Tuna flakes in can opener.
3. Peel garlic, onions and mince.

Cooking process:
1. In a pan put pechay, add water below level to the pechay and put some salt.
2. Let it boil then turn off the heat. Separate pechay from the boiled water. Set aside.
3. In another pan add cooking oil, sauté garlic, onions, add tuna flakes, some vinegar then mix it.
4. Add cooked pechay then mix it.
5. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
6. Serve immediately.

Completed tuna recipe serve hot
Tips:
1. Always remember Pechay is a leaves so it will quickly cook.
2. The best pair dish to serve with tuna flakes recipe is scrambled egg.

Fish soup recipe

Fish with Malabar Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
Fish
Malabar Spinach
Spring Onions
Ginger
Tomato
Garlic
Chili pepper
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:
1. Clean fish take off the scales, gills, and inside stomach. Cut the fish if it is needed.
2. Peel garlic, ginger and mince.
3. Clean and wash spring onions and cut.
4. Wash tomato and chop.
5. Wash Chili pepper and chop in half.
6. Clean Malabar Spinach leaves don’t include the hard stem.


Cooking process:
1. In a pan heat cooking oil sauté garlic, tomato, spring onions and garlic.
2. Add fish into the pan and let the spices will absorb the fish.
3. Add water level with the fish.
4. Let it boil and don’t cover the pan.
5. Add Malabar Spinach, chili pepper and let it cook for 1minutes
6. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Don’t over cook the spices and vegetables because it will decrease the taste and minerals of the recipe.
Step2: You can change Malabar spinach to pechay.

Mussel Clump | Tahong soup recipes

Ingredients:
Spring onions
Tomato
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Chili Peppers
Vinegar
Cooking oil
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:
1. Wash and clean Mussel Clump or tahong.
2. Wash cut spring onions and tomato
3. Peel ginger, garlic, onions.
4. Wash chili pepper and cut by half.

Cooking process:
1. In your pan heat cooking oil sauté garlic, onions and tomato.
2. Add ginger and spring onions.
3. Add Mussel Clump or tahong wait until the color will change into orange.
4. Then put little vinegar.
5. Add water level to the Mussel Clump or tahong let it boil.
6. Do not cover the pan. While it’s boiling add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Finally add chili peppers.
8. Serve while it is still hot.

Tips:
Step1: Always remember when you cook soup recipes; avoid adding too much water because it will affect the quality of the soup. Water is always level with the ingredients.
Step2: A Tahong soup recipe is affordable, easy and quick soup to prepare. It is advisable to all of us to serve soup at the table during meal time.

Fish Stew Recipe


It is the first choice of Filipino food in Philippines because of the affordable ingredients and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
Flying Fish
Vinegar
Garlic
Onions
Ginger
Salt
Msg or Ajinomoto
Oil

Preparations:
1. Clean fish take off the scales, gills and inside the stomach.

Fried bangus recipe


Ingredients:
Bangus or milk fish
garlic
soy sauce
ajinomoto or magic sarap
vinegar
water
cooking oil

Cooking process:
1. Clean bangus slice to half.
2. Peel garlic minced.
3. Combine ingredients, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, little water, bangus and wait for 20minutes.
4. Separate marinated bangus from the sauce set aside.
5. Heat cooking oil in a pan and put the marinated bangus or milk fish and cook in medium heat only.
5. When it's golden brown, add the sauce to adobong bangus and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Tips: When you cook food for your meal, you must measure the quantity of food that you want to eat.

Flying Fish Recipe



Kinilaw na Isda

Ingredients:
Flying fish-1/2kilo
Onions- 1piece
Ginger- 1piece
Vinegar- 200ml
Tomato- 4pieces
Calamansi- 4pieces
Fresh Chili Pepper-6pieces
Salt
Ajinomoto


Preparations:
1. Clean flying fish take off the fins, scales, head, inside stomach and fish bones.
2. Cut the flying fish into small sizes.
3. Peel Ginger, Onions and mince.
4. Wash tomato and chop.

Cooking process:
1. In a big bowl with chopped flying fish add ginger, onions and tomato.
2. Add Salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
3. Add Vinegar to cook the chopped flying fish and mix.
4. Taste it then add Calamansi juice and tiny chili pepper.
5. Wait 5 minutes before serving.

Tips:
Step1: Buy sour vinegar because it is the number ingredient of this recipe.
Step2: Always Squeeze out the remaining water from the flying fish.
Step3: It is advisable that the cooked rice is not hot. Let it cool first before serve with raw fish recipe.
Step4: Raw fish is great when eating at the beach.

Fried Octopus Recipe


Ingredients:

Octopus-1kilo
Garlic
Onion
Cooking Oil
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Pepper
Salt
Ajinomoto






Instructions:

1. Chop octopus as your desire size.

2. Heat  the pan then put the chopped Octopus and wait until it will squeeze water.

3. Drain the octopus.

4. In another pan saute garlic and onion then fry drain octopus.

5. Put vinegar and soy sauce then mix well.

6. Put salt and ajinomoto to have taste.

7.Add black pepper.


This is really delicious recipe.

Fish Sweet and Sour Recipe



Ingredients:

Fish- 1/2 kilo
Cooking Oil
Green bell pepper-1pc
Carrots- 1pc
Pineapple chunks-1 small can
Sugar
Vinegar
Water
Salt
Soy sauce or Patis
All purpose Flour-1/4 kilo
Ketsup|Tomato sauce


Cooking Instructions:

1. Add soy sauce in fish to have taste then coat fish with flour.

2. In your pan heat cooking oil then put the coated fish and fry wait until its color brown. Set Aside.

3. Cook the chop carrots in another pan put a little water wait for 3minutes. Chop Green bell pepper.

Combine Carrots, Green bell pepper and Pineapple chunks and separate the juice of Pineapple chunks.

4. In your big bowl combine Ketsup|Tomato sauce, Pineapple juice, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Salt and flour to make sticky stir and heat it in your pan wait when it's boil.

5. Add the combined carrots, green bell pepper, pineapple chunks into the sauce wait for 1minute. Taste your sauce or add some salt or vinegar it depends on your taste. Set Aside.

6. In your big plate soak fish with the sauce and serve while it's hot!
