Baked Tilapia Fillet Recipes with Dill Sauce



Ingredients:
Tilapia fillet -1/2kilo
Cajun Seasoning- 1tablespoon
Lemon, slice thinly
Mayonaise-1/4cup
Sour Cream-1/2cup
Garlic powder-1/8teaspoon
Fresh Lemon Juice-1teaspoon
Fresh chopped dill 2
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
1. Cut make fish fillet just slice the tilapia fish flesh only after that throw the fish bone.
2. Put fish fillet in a plate and add Salt, Pepper and Cajun seasoning. Then place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets.
3. Bake to cook in an oven, don’t cover the fish and wait for 15-20 minutes.
To make the Dill Sauce;
1. Mix well all the ingredients like mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and fresh chopped dill in a small bowl.


It is best to serve during DINNER! Good luck to all.
