Fish Kinilaw (Raw fish) with Coconut milk Food Recipes

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk- 1pc.

Fish-3/4

Onions

Ginger

Tomato

Vinegar

Salt


Procedure:

1. Clean Fish and cut into small.

2. To make the coconut milk please do not add water only pure coconut milk and add vinegar.

3. Mix coconut milk with vinegar to the fish.

4. Add all spices Onions, Ginger and Tomato.

5. Put salt to have taste.

Beef soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Beef… ½ kilo ( or depende pila ang mokaon).
Pechay…
Ginger
Butig or Bisol na puti or Gabe…
Pepper…
Sibuyas dahunan…
Salt…
Ajinomoto or Magic sarap…
Garlic…

Procedure:
1. In your kettle put water and beef meat.
2. Broil it until the meat is tender.
3. Add Butig or bisol then ginger, sibuyas dahunan or garlic and wait until butig is tender too.
4. After that, add petchay.
5. Put salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
6. While it is hot add pepper to have smells delicious.

Squid | Octopus Food Recipes

Ingredients:
Squid
Garlic
Onion
Cooking Oil
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Pepper
Salt
Ajinomoto

Instructions:
1. Chop squid into small.
2. Heat pan then put the chopped Octopus and wait until squid will squeeze water.
3. Throw out the water from squid.
4. In another pan fry garlic and onion and add cooked squid.
5. Put vinegar and soy sauce then mix it and let the excess water from squid will dry.
6. Put salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Finally add pepper.

Chopsuey Food Recipes

A healthy food for Filipino!
Ingredients:
Broccoli
Carrots
Cabbage
Green bell pepper
Soy Sauce
Cooking Oil
Chicken Meat
Vinegar
Garlic
Salt
Corn starch or all purpose flour
Ajinomoto or Magic Sarap

Procedure:
1. Chop all the vegetables and combine all of it.
2. Prepare garlic and chop chicken meat into small pieces. Heat cooking oil in pan when it is hot put garlic followed by chopped chicken meat then add little vinegar and soy sauce mix it add little water with little cornstarch.
3. Put all the combined vegetables into the pan mix it. If it is needed to add water do it.
4. Wait until it is boiling and then add salt and magic sarap for taste. Set aside.
