How to make Soup Sea Shell with Lemon Grass Recipe




Ingredients:
Sea Shells- 1/2kilo
Spring Onions-2pcs.
Lemon Grass- 3pcs.
Tomatoes-2pcs.
Green Chili Pepper-2pcs.
Garlic
Onions
Cooking Oil- 3tablespoon
Water- 4cups
Salt
Ajinomoto

Cooking Preparations:
  1. Wash Sea Shells place on a plate.
  2. Remove the root to clean spring onions and then cut by 3 or it depends on its length.
  3. Wash Lemon grass and smash the root area and then coil.
  4. Wash tomatoes and green chili pepper and chop as your desire size.
  5. Peel garlic and onions and mince.
Cooking directions:
1. Apply heat to the casserole, put cooking oil when it’s hot place the minced garlic and onions.
2. Put the Sea shells mix well with the spices, when shells turn orange color add water. Let it boil, don’t cover to avoid scum.
3. While it’s still boiling, put Lemon grass and let the soup turns green it means the aroma of Lemon grass absorb.
4. Put the Chili pepper, spring onions and tomatoes.
5. Add Salt and ajinomoto to have taste. And Serve immediately!


Tips:
 You can add your soup with any kinds of vegetables if you like, for example broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and Malunggay. Your Soup looks and taste really delicious.

How to Make Paklay Recipe




Ingredients:
Paklay (Pork intestine, pork liver, pork blood) - 1 kilo
Carrots- 2pcs.
Chayote- 1pc.
Bell pepper-2pcs.
Cooking Oil- 3tablepoon
Garlic- 2 tablespoon
Onions- 2 tablespoon
Ginger- 2tablespoon
Vinegar-2tablespoon
Soy sauce- 2tablespoon
Tomato Sauce- 3 tablespoon
Brown Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Salt
Pineapple chunks- 1 cup

Cooking Preparations:
1.      Peel Carrots and wash then cut thinly by 2inches elongated form.
2.   Peel Chayote and wash then chop. Don’t include the seed. To cut chayote it is the same with the carrots.
3.  Cut the red bell pepper and take the seeds out. Then wash and cut the same with the carrots and chayote.
4. Peel Garlic, onions and Ginger then mince.
5. Chop the meat again in thin size.

Cooking Instructions:
1.      In a big casserole put 3tablespoon of cooking oil, apply heat then add minced Ginger then Garlic and Onions.
2.      When it turns golden brown, add Bell pepper then mix.
3.      Add the Meat (paklay) mix with all the spices and let the juice comes out.
4.      Reduce the juice by half before putting vinegar and soysauce. Then Mix.
5.      Add Carrots and Chayote. Mix well.
6.      Turn the heat in medium; and every 2 minutes check the recipe, to prevent not to stick in casserole.
7.      Check the meat and vegetables if it is tender. Then, add tomato sauce then mix.
8.      Add salt to have taste, and then add brown sugar then mix. After a few minutes taste the recipe again.
9.      Lastly, add the pineapple chunks. Mix and then serve immediately.

Tips:
When you buy this type of meat, make sure it is already boiled because it is smells stinky if it is not yet in the process of boiling. As we all know paklay meat are inside parts of the pig, cow or goat. And the best time to buy the meat is in early in the morning and to assure that the meat is fresh it's better to buy in the public market. However, you don’t have worry if you can buy in the late afternoon as long as it is already boiled you’re safe.Just to remind you guys, if you have the meat at home cook right away or if you want to cook by the following days please put in the refrigerator. For additional information Ginger is the most important among all spices because it gives more scent and it will make to have a good appetite so don’t ever forget this recipe.

How to make home made Popcorn Recipes

Ingredients:
Popcorn
Cooking Oil
Salt
Casserole
 
Cooking Instructions:
  1. In your casserole put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and a little salt, then apply heat.
  2. Next, put the ½ tea cup of popcorn then, cover casserole to prevent the pop through outside and adjust the heat into a very low volume.
  3. Always shake the casserole to prevent over cooked and to let all the popcorn to pop.
  4. Keep on shaking, and if the pop stops, it’s time to turn off the heat and put the cooked popcorn in a big bowl.
  5. To cook the remaining popcorn, just repeat the 1 to 4 instructions.
  6. It’s optional, if you like to put flavor it’s either cheese or barbeque. Just transfer the popcorn into a clean big plastic, then put the flavor, mix and shake it.
Tips: Popcorn is so available in any grocery stores in Malls and supermarket. And it is so popular in theater; it is being eaten during movie time. How to make simple Egg Recipe with Tomatoes




Ingredients:
Eggs- 3 pieces
Ripe Tomatoes-6pieces
Garlic- 1 tablespoon
Onions- 1 tablespoon
Salt- 1/2teaspoon
Ajinomoto- just little
Cooking Oil- 3 tablespoon

Preparation Instructions:
1. Break eggs and place into a bowl, add the Salt and Ajinomoto.
2. Then stir well to mix all the white, egg yolk the salt and Ajinomoto.
3. Peel Garlic, Onions and chop very small.
4. Wash the Tomatoes and cut as your desire shapes and thickness.

Cooking Process:
  1. Heat the cooking oil in the pan then add the chopped garlic and onions stir.
  2. To be followed by add the chopped tomatoes, mix and stir well. Just apply low heat.
  3. Add the stirred egg slowly into the tomatoes and be sure that the tomatoes are placed in a scattered way within the pan.
  4. Always apply low heat to prevent overcooked of the eggs.
  5. Serve immediately.

This recipe is quite good to serve in breakfast because eggs contain lots of energy so; it takes longer time to get hungry again to eat for lunch. Yet, egg recipe alone is not enough for breakfast it must have soup, to fasten the digestion of the food and if there is no soup at all, at least it has milk or coffee.
