How to Make Quick Vegetable Salad Food recipes

 

Ingredients:
Carrots- 2pieces
Tomatoes- 1/4kilo
Green bell peppers- 1peice
White Onions- 1 piece
Ginger- 1 tea cup
Vinegar- 1/2tea cup
Salt-1 tablespoon
Pepper
 
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Peel Carrots and wash then cut thinly in elongated size about 2 inches.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut by half then cut slice thin it either half circle or elongated.
  3. Wash Green bell pepper, take off the seeds and then cut thin elongated size.
  4. Peel white onions and cut by half then slice thin circle size.
  5. Peel ginger and chop it very tiny so that the smell will penetrate to other ingredients.
  6. In your big plate, combine well the carrots, tomatoes, green bell pepper, white onions and ginger.
  7. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. No need to add hot chili pepper because the ginger works it out.
  8. After finalizing the taste, cover it and leave for about 10 minutes to able to cook the ingredients by the vinegar.
  9. Serve then.

How to make Binignit | Healthy Sweet Soup Food Recipes


Ingredients:
Camote | sweet potato- 1/2kilo
Ripe Saba Banana- 5pieces
Landang | Palm flour - 1/4kilo
Sago- 1 tea cup
Coconut milk-500grams or Grated Coconut use only 1 piece of raw coconut
Brown sugar- ½ kilo
Pilit Rice | Sticky Rice- ¼ kilo
Ripe Jackfruit- 1 tea cup

Cooking Preparations and Directions:    
1. Peel camote | sweet potato. Wash and cut into square size by 1 inch thickness.
2. Peel Saba Banana and cut thinly.
3. Wash landang | Palm flour using filter to trap all small particles.
4.      Wash Sago. This product is kind of colorful small circle sizes.
5.      Using raw coconut to make milk this is how it works, just put 1 tea cup of hot water and 1 glass of tap water in grated coconut and then squeeze it many times to produce more milk, after that squeeze once more to let the milk out and then separate the grated coconut from the milk. Filter the milk again to trap the tiny matter and squeeze the remaining grated coconut.
6.      In a big casserole place pilit rice or sticky rice and put water that level to the amount of the rice. Boil until it will become tender.
7.      In the same casserole, add the chopped camote or sweet potato and landang or palm flour add more water just above the level to the amount of rice, camote and landang.
8.      After 10 minutes add Saba banana and sago. Just estimate the level of soup if it is still enough, no need to add water, just mix it to prevent the sticky rice will stick into the casserole.
9.      Later, check the Saba banana and sago if it is cooked, right after that, add the coconut milk, jackfruit and the brown sugar.
10.  Mix it for 1 minute to contribute the sweetness of sugar and the coconut of milk. Let it boil.
11.  Taste it and serve immediately.

Tips: Once again this recipe is good for light meals, very useful to those who have their balance diet. Binignit is a Cebuano term or Filipino language. In Philippines there are lots of language and Cebuano | Visayan language is one of those varieties. Cebuano means CEBU. I am just explaining to let those people especially from other countries to know the meaning of the words that I used and to prevent confusion for everybody.
This recipe is quite simple and a very healthy because the ingredients are mostly all natural, except the sago it is processed, but it is healthy.

Milk Fish | Bangus nilagpang food recipes


Ingredients: 
Milk Fish | Bangus- 1/2kilos
Tomatoes- 4pieces
Onions- 1 pc.
Green onion- half
Siling Labuyo | Red chili pepper- 2pieces
Boiled water- 2 cups
Salt

Cooking Preparations:
  1. Remove scales, gut, gills, head and slice bangus | milk fish thinly elongated.
  2.  Slice the tomatoes
  3. Peel and slice the onions.
  4. Remove the roots of the spring onions. Chop it in 3cm.
  5. Place sliced bangus in a pan, and then mix with tomatoes, onions, spring onions and siling labuyo.
  6. Put the 2 cups of water to the mixed ingredients and let it boil until bangus becomes tender.
  7. Season with salt and to have taste and serve immediately.
Tips:

This recipe is best for dinner because our body in the nights needs only light meals especially soup or low in fat food ingredients,  to make the body sleep early and rest well.

The disadvantage of heavy meals like pork and beef, our body demands more energy to digest the food and it result of late sleep or  else if we force our body to sleep it can cause to experience nightmare.
In other words, bangus or milk fish it is has very affordable price and it is easy to buy anywhere in the public market and it also gives good health for our body due to less fat.

Yet, please be aware of the tiny bones of bangus for you children’s safety and watch them eating this kind of fish.
