How to Make Bolognaise Sauce Recipes


Olive Oil-2tablespoons
Garlic cloves, crushed
Large onion, chopped
Medium Carrots chopped-1pc
Stick celery, chopped-1
Ground Beef, beef mince-1/4kilo
Beef Stock, Beef soup-2cups
Can Tomatoes-1can
Chopped, fresh parsley-2tablespoons
Salt and pepper, to taste
Spaghetti or tagliatelle-500grams
Freshly grated Cheese


1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add garlic, onion, and celery cook stirring for 5minutes over a low heat until golden.

2. Increased the heat and add the ground beef or beef mince. Stir until it will turn browned.

3. Add the beef stock, wine, can tomatoes, sugar and parsley. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 1.5 hours, stir occasionally.

4. Add salt and pepper to have taste. Set Aside.

5. Boil the water in another pan, put oil and salt then add the pasta. Cook until just tender.

6. Drain cook pasta and add the bolognaise Sauce. Serve immediately.

How to cook Humba or Braised Pork Recipes

Braised Pork- 4kilos
Salted black beans-1 can
Spring onions- cut in half
Garlic minced
Brown Sugar
Soy Sauce
Fresh red bell pepper

1. Chop braised pork in small square size bring to a boil wait until the meat is tender and drain.
2. Add spring onions, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper to the drain braised pork.
3. Then put vinegar, soy sauce, salted black beans, brown sugar, salt and enough water.
4. Combined by mixing it well and taste.
5. Cook again and let it boil until you smell the aroma of the mixed spices and taste again to make it sure that the food it is delicious.

Burger Patty Recipes


Buns- 20pieces
Cabbage-1 piece
Patty- 20pieces
Tomato- 1/2kilo
Cooking Oil


1. Cook patties in a heat pan with cooking oil add salt and pepper to have taste.
Wait for 3 minutes then for another 3mins. cook the other side of the patties

2. Then get the buns and put the hot patty, cabbage, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise and cheese.

Tips: Serve immediately with very cold juice with a flavor of mango, pineapple, apple, orange, grapes, strawberry, melon and etc.

Baked Tilapia Fillet Recipes with Dill Sauce

Tilapia fillet -1/2kilo
Cajun Seasoning- 1tablespoon
Lemon, slice thinly
Sour Cream-1/2cup
Garlic powder-1/8teaspoon
Fresh Lemon Juice-1teaspoon
Fresh chopped dill 2
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut make fish fillet just slice the tilapia fish flesh only after that throw the fish bone.
2. Put fish fillet in a plate and add Salt, Pepper and Cajun seasoning. Then place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets.
3. Bake to cook in an oven, don’t cover the fish and wait for 15-20 minutes.
To make the Dill Sauce;
1. Mix well all the ingredients like mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and fresh chopped dill in a small bowl.

How to make Fried Crispy Crabs Recipes

Corn Flour-1/4kilo
Cooking Oil

1. Wash Crabs and cut with its fingers.
2. Roast the crabs by its juice apply in a low heat temperature.
3. When its cook put in a big plates.
4. Break the eggs and pour the inside into the crabs and mix it.
5. Pour corn flour to the crabs make sure it covers all.
6. Heat the pan with cooking oil in medium heat to cook the crabs.
7. When it’s golden take it out put in a big plate. Serve with a with delicious sauce.

To make sauce of the crispy Crabs recipes:
In small plate, combine vinegar, salt, onions and ginger. It’s optional if you like to eat hot spicy because it is good to add chili pepper and it tastes good.

How to make Pesto Sauce

500grams tagliatelle or fettucine
pine nuts
basil leaves
garlic crushed
Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Olive oil
Black pepper to taste


1. To cook the pasta, boil water in a high temperature put salt and oil to make pasta have taste then add the pasta. When it’s tender drain and put in a pan.

2. Cook pine nuts in a heavy based pan and stir over heat wait until it’s golden. Cool.

3. Place the pine nuts, basil leaves, garlic and salt in a processor and process for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
4. Add cheese with motor running then add little by little the olive oil until a paste is formed. Add the pepper.

5. Add the pesto sauce to cooked pasta and toss until sauce coats pasta.
