Chicken Breast Soup Recipe


There was a time I didn’t know what to cook for the lunch. And when I opened the refrigerator I saw the chicken breast, and this recipe was came up to my mind and right then I cooked it. On the other hand, it is very lucky because my mother planted a Malunggay tree in our yard and it has a lot leaves.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Malunggay Leaves
Garlic
Onions
Salt
Ajinomoto


Preparations:
1. Wash chicken breast.
2. Peel garlic, onions and mince.
3. Separate Malunggay leaves from the stem.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pan put the chicken breast, add water level to the chicken breast.
2. Bring to a boil, when the chicken breast color will change to pure white it is cook.
3. Add malunggay leaves, garlic, onions.
4. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
5. Serve while it is hot.

Tips:
Step1: If you prepare for 2persons, it must be one chicken breast only.
Step2: Soup recipe contains more minerals if it is not over cooked.
Step3: Put tiny chili pepper of your soup to remains the hotness.
Step4: Fried dried fish is good for this recipe.

This is very easy and very healthy way of cooking.

Tuna Recipe

Delicious tuna recipe

Ingredients:
Canned Tuna flakes- 1 can
Pechay
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar

Preparations:
1. Separate each leaves of pechay, wash pechay and chop in three.
2. Open Canned Tuna flakes in can opener.
3. Peel garlic, onions and mince.

Cooking process:
1. In a pan put pechay, add water below level to the pechay and put some salt.
2. Let it boil then turn off the heat. Separate pechay from the boiled water. Set aside.
3. In another pan add cooking oil, sauté garlic, onions, add tuna flakes, some vinegar then mix it.
4. Add cooked pechay then mix it.
5. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
6. Serve immediately.

Completed tuna recipe serve hot
Tips:
1. Always remember Pechay is a leaves so it will quickly cook.
2. The best pair dish to serve with tuna flakes recipe is scrambled egg.

Sautéed Baguio Beans Recipes

Ingredients:
Baguio beans | String beans
Ground pork -1/4 kilo
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Salt
Ajinomoto
Cooking Oil

Preparations:
1. Take off the hard side of baguio beans. And chop into elongated shape.
2. Peel garlic, onions and mince.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pan heat cooking oil and sauté garlic and onions and add ground pork then mix.
2. Add vinegar, soy sauce and mix.
3. When ground pork becomes golden brown add chopped baguio beans or string beans then mix.
4. Add Salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
5. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Don’t add water to this recipe of because baguio beans will become tasteless.
Step2: Apply low heat when cooking this recipe because baguio beans will easily burn.

Fish soup recipe

Fish with Malabar Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
Fish
Malabar Spinach
Spring Onions
Ginger
Tomato
Garlic
Chili pepper
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:
1. Clean fish take off the scales, gills, and inside stomach. Cut the fish if it is needed.
2. Peel garlic, ginger and mince.
3. Clean and wash spring onions and cut.
4. Wash tomato and chop.
5. Wash Chili pepper and chop in half.
6. Clean Malabar Spinach leaves don’t include the hard stem.


Cooking process:
1. In a pan heat cooking oil sauté garlic, tomato, spring onions and garlic.
2. Add fish into the pan and let the spices will absorb the fish.
3. Add water level with the fish.
4. Let it boil and don’t cover the pan.
5. Add Malabar Spinach, chili pepper and let it cook for 1minutes
6. Add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Don’t over cook the spices and vegetables because it will decrease the taste and minerals of the recipe.
Step2: You can change Malabar spinach to pechay.

Dry Sautéed String Beans Recipe


Ingredients:
String beans
Corn Beef
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Cooking Oil
Water
Salt
Ajinomoto


Preparations:
1. Wash string beans and cut in 3inches.
2. Peel garlic and onions mince.

Cooking process:
1. In a pan sauté garlic and onions.
2. Add string beans mix well.
3. Put little vinegar and soy sauce.
4. Add 1/2cup of water to cook string beans.
5. When it is tender, add corn beef and mix.
6. Lower heat then add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: There are available non branded can corn beef for sale at the department store; you can buy it cheap and delicious.

Mussel Clump | Tahong soup recipes

Ingredients:
Spring onions
Tomato
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Chili Peppers
Vinegar
Cooking oil
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:
1. Wash and clean Mussel Clump or tahong.
2. Wash cut spring onions and tomato
3. Peel ginger, garlic, onions.
4. Wash chili pepper and cut by half.

Cooking process:
1. In your pan heat cooking oil sauté garlic, onions and tomato.
2. Add ginger and spring onions.
3. Add Mussel Clump or tahong wait until the color will change into orange.
4. Then put little vinegar.
5. Add water level to the Mussel Clump or tahong let it boil.
6. Do not cover the pan. While it’s boiling add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
7. Finally add chili peppers.
8. Serve while it is still hot.

Tips:
Step1: Always remember when you cook soup recipes; avoid adding too much water because it will affect the quality of the soup. Water is always level with the ingredients.

Healthy Native Vegetables Soup Recipes




Ingredients:
Malunggay leaves
Taro bisol or gabe 1pc.
Malabar spinach
Squash 1/4kilo
Lemon grass
Garlic
Onions
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:
1. Separate malunggay leaves from the malunggay stem.
2. Peel taro and chop in small size.
3. Chop Squash the same size with taro.
4. Separate Malabar spinach leaves from the Malabar spinach stem.
5. Wash Lemon grass and fold it.
6. Peel garlic, onions and mince.

Cooking Process:
1. In your pan put the taro and add water level with the taro vegetable.
2. Boil it after 5minutes add the squash.
3. When vegetables are tender, add lemon grass, Malabar spinach leaves, malunggay leaves, garlic and onions.
4. Put salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
5. Serve soup white it’s hot.

Tips:
Step1: Malabar spinach leaves and malunggay leaves are soft no need to apply more heat. It is advisable to add salt and ajinomoto right away when malunggay and Malabar spinach leaves are inside the heat pan already because it is not good if it is over cooked.
Step2: Don’t let the soup will stay longer into the heat pan, it must be transfer right away to the big bowl.
Step3: This healthy native vegetables soup recipe is good when you serve another dish “dried fish” at your table.

Ground pork recipes




 Ingredients:

Ground pork – 1/4kilo
Carrots
Chayote
White Potato
Garlic
Onions
Vinegar
Cooking Oil
Soy sauce
Water
Salt
Ajinomoto

Preparations:

1. Peel carrots, chayote, white potato and chop very small slice same with the ground pork size.

2. Peel garlic, onions and chop very small also.

3. Combine carrots, chayote and white potato in a bowl.

Cooking process:

1. In pan heat cooking oil add garlic and onions.

2. Add ground pork to hot pan.

3. Add  vinegar and soy sauce to have delicious smell.

4. When ground pork turns brown add the combined vegetables and mix well.

5. Add 1cup of water for vegetables to cook.

6. When vegetables becomes tender add salt and ajinomoto to have taste.

7. Serve immediately.



Tips:
Step1: If 1cup of water is not enough to cook for the vegetables, add another cup of water. However, always avoid not to excess adding water to the recipe because this is not a soup style.

Step2: When putting a taste into the recipe, you must add first the salt followed by the ajinomoto.



Step3: Remember if you’re recipe is salty it can not be eaten. Much better if they complain of lacking a salt rather than it is salty.

Pochero Recipe

Ingredients:

Pork Shank
Taro – in English | Gabi or Bisol - in Visayan
Pechay
String Beans
Chayote or Sayote
Garlic
Onions
Ginger
Salt
Ajinomoto or Magic Sarap

Preparations:
1. Wash Pork Shank meat.
2. Peel taro and chop thick small slices.
3. Wash Pechay and separate each leaves.
4. Cut String beans in 3inches.
5. Peel garlic, onions, Ginger and mince.
6. Peel chayote or sayote and chop it small slices.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pan put the cleaned pork shank meat and add water level of the meat.
2. Apply heat and let it boil and when water will dry add water until the pork shank meat will become tender.
3. Add taro and chayote to cook. Wait taro and chayote become tender then add the strings beans.
4. Add pechay together with the garlic, onions and ginger.
5. Put Salt and ajinomoto to have taste.
6. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Always add water level to the pochero because soup it is very important of this recipe.
Step2: There are vegetables are soft and no need to apply more heat like, string beans and pechay.
Step3: Pochero recipe is good to serve hot, put some chili pepper. However, chili peppers is advisable for adult only. Kids must not include.

Fish Stew Recipe


It is the first choice of Filipino food in Philippines because of the affordable ingredients and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
Flying Fish
Vinegar
Garlic
Onions
Ginger
Salt
Msg or Ajinomoto
Oil

Preparations:
1. Clean fish take off the scales, gills and inside the stomach.
2. Peel garlic, Onions and ginger then mince.

Cooking Process:
1. In a pot put the cleaned fish.
2. Add minced garlic, Onions and ginger.
3. Put Salt and msg or ajinomoto to have taste.
4. Put vinegar with the level of the fish.
5. Let it boil in a medium heat.
6. When it’s boiling try to taste the soup of the fish stew if it is fine.
7. Apply medium heat, and then add little cooking oil.
8. Serve Immediately.

Tips:
Step1: Choose quality fish that is good for fish stew recipe. To make sure, inquire or ask the vendor what fish it is for stew recipe.
Step2: Vinegar must be sour because it is one of the important ingredients.
Step3: Avoid to add water because it will decrease the sour taste of the fish stew.

Beef Steak Recipe


Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin
Garlic
White Onions
Soy sauce
Calamansi juice, lemon or lime
Cooking oil
Preparation:
1. Cut beef steak into small thin slice.
2. Peel and mince the garlic.
3. Peel white onions and cut it in thick rings form.
4. In a bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, calamansi juice and beef steak and marinate for at least 1hour.

Cooking process:
1. Heat pan, add oil and add white onions. Set aside.
2. Remove steak from marinades add the steak into the hot pan to cook. Set aside.
3. Reduce heat and pour the marinades into the same hot pan. Add the white onion rings and simmer until marinades reduce by half.
4. Pour cook marinades and white onions over the beef steak. Serve immediately.

Tips:
Step1: White onions must be tender and its white color will remain until it is cooked.
Step2: To marinate the beef steak it must be mix it well.
Step3: Always keep the food warm.
Step4: Be creative always while cooking. Do you own style and enjoy it.

Pinoy Barbeque Recipe



Ingredients:
Pork
Garlic
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Sprite or 7up
Bamboo sticks
Charcoal

Preparations:
1. Cut meat into thin. Slice garlic thinly.
2. In a bowl combine meat, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and soda for marinate process.
Tips: Best if you refrigerate the marinades overnight.
3. Soak bamboo sticks in water at least 1hour to prevent burning.
4. Thread marinated pork slices onto each bamboo sticks.

Cooking:
1. Prepare charcoal for grilling. Charcoal must be red hot and without flames.
2. Boil the excess marinades for basting.
3. Grill for 4minutes, basting occasionally the rotate grill for 4minutes and 8minutes total. Do not over cook.
4. Serve immediately.
