Tomato Sauce Recipe the sauce for your Favorite Pasta





Ingredients:

1 kilo large ripe Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Mixed Oregano, freshly chopped
Parsley, freshly chopped
500g rigatoni, penne, spaghetti or Pasta of your choice



Instructions:

1. Slit in the top of each tomatoes. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2minutes, then quick drop into the cold water. Remove and peel the skin down from the slit. Discard or remove the skin and approximately chop the tomatoes.

2. Heat the oil in heavy-based pan. Add garlic and onion and cook for 2minutes in medium heat.

3. Add tomatoes and carrot, cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Then, add tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook for about 2 minutes. then, add oregano and parsley and stir to combine.

4. To cook pasta. Add the pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and add salt and oil to avoid sticking the pasta. Cook until just tender. Drain and put in a big plate, add the sauce toss well to combine.



It is complicated if I will put quantity for every ingredient. Yet, you decide how many person within the family and how much your budget. The advantage to make Tomato Sauce on your own style, it is because you can control your own taste second, it’s cheaper than the already made.
