Heart of Banana ( Puso ng Saging) -1piece
1. First, peel the hard skin part of heart of banana and throw it, stop peel if when you see the thin, soft and young part of it. Second, chop the young part of heart of banana thin size and ring forms. Third, in your pan put the chopped heart of banana add water level of the heart of banana. Fourth, put 2tablespoon of vinegar to maintain the white color of the food. After that, apply medium heat, let it boil and continue mix until the texture will turn smoothly. When it is done, separate the heart of banana from water. Set aside.
2. Prepare the onions, garlic, and ginger also cut the Longanisa in thin circle form. In another pan heat cooking oil and sauté the spices then, add the longanisa and mix it with the spices when it turns brown, put the heart of banana combine all the ingredients wait for 5minutes.When it’s smell delicious, put salt, pepper or ajinomoto to have taste.
It is best to serve white it’s still hot.
