Carrots- 2pieces
Tomatoes- 1/4kilo
Green bell peppers- 1peice
White Onions- 1 piece
Ginger- 1 tea cup
Vinegar- 1/2tea cup
Salt-1 tablespoon

Cooking Instructions:
Peel
Carrots and wash then cut thinly in elongated size about 2 inches.
Wash
tomatoes and cut by half then cut slice thin it either half circle or
elongated.

Green bell pepper, take off the seeds and then cut thin elongated size.
