How to make simple Egg Recipe with Tomatoes




Ingredients:
Eggs- 3 pieces
Ripe Tomatoes-6pieces
Garlic- 1 tablespoon
Onions- 1 tablespoon
Salt- 1/2teaspoon
Ajinomoto- just little
Cooking Oil- 3 tablespoon

Preparation Instructions:
1. Break eggs and place into a bowl, add the Salt and Ajinomoto.
2. Then stir well to mix all the white, egg yolk the salt and Ajinomoto.
3. Peel Garlic, Onions and chop very small.
4. Wash the Tomatoes and cut as your desire shapes and thickness.

Cooking Process:
  1. Heat the cooking oil in the pan then add the chopped garlic and onions stir.
  2. To be followed by add the chopped tomatoes, mix and stir well. Just apply low heat.
  3. Add the stirred egg slowly into the tomatoes and be sure that the tomatoes are placed in a scattered way within the pan.
  4. Always apply low heat to prevent overcooked of the eggs.
  5. Serve immediately.

This recipe is quite good to serve in breakfast because eggs contain lots of energy so; it takes longer time to get hungry again to eat for lunch. Yet, egg recipe alone is not enough for breakfast it must have soup, to fasten the digestion of the food and if there is no soup at all, at least it has milk or coffee.

How to make Squid Soup Food Recipe



Ingredients:
Squid- 1/4kilo
Eggplant- 2pieces
Garlic- 1 tablespoon
Onions- 1 tablespoon
Ginger- 1 tablespoon
Spring Onions- ½ cup of tea
Soy sauce- 1/4cup of tea
Vinegar- 2tablespoon
Water- 2cups
Cooking Oil- 3 tablespoon
Salt
Pepper


Preparations:
  1. Wash Squid and chop in rings ring form. Do not remove the black part of the squid because it brings fragrance and taste of the soup.
  2. Wash eggplants and slice in ring like.
  3. Peel garlic, ginger and onions and mince.
  4. Clean and wash spring onions, chop.
Cooking directions:
  1. Heat pan with cooking oil then put the minced garlic, onions and ginger. Mix and wait until it turns golden brown.
  2. Then add squid combine and mix everything after that, add vinegar and then soy sauce.
  3. Add sliced eggplants mix again to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Add water; bring to boil and wait until squid and eggplants become tender.
  5. Add Salt and pepper to have taste.
  6. Lastly, add the spring onions to add fragrance and freshness of the soup.

Serve Immediately!

Tips:
Please keep in mind that squid have black part it is called " ata" and do not ever remove and throw because it brings fragrance of your soup and it also gives delicious tastes. This soup is also good to prepare during dinner because it’s not heavy meal. And bear in mind about the allergy people, there are people who suffer allergy like to those who have asthma, so, before you buy in the market consult the people that you going to prepare to prevent danger. On the other way, we all know that squid is very delicious to eat but there’s somebody who avoid eating this food so beware! Thank you.
