How to make Garlic Sauce with Parsley



Ingredients:

4 garlic cloves
500g spiral pasta
250ml or 1 cup olive oil
60g chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste







Procedure:
1. Finely chop the garlic. Put it into small bowl.

2. Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water and cook just tender. Drain the pasta put back to a large pan.

3. In another pan, heat the oil, add the garlic to pan and cook until garlic is soft.

4. Pour the cooked garlic with the oil over to a large pan with the hot pasta. Add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper and toss until the pasta is well coated. Serve immediately.








Tips: 
Garlic is easy to find anywhere in the world especially if you live in tropical country in ASIA. Parsley is a green leafy vegetables and it is belong in glow food.
You will be surprise if you’ll try to cook this sauce, because of its affordable ingredients to buy, you will taste new recipes.

Tomato Sauce Recipe the sauce for your Favorite Pasta





Ingredients:

1 kilo large ripe Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Mixed Oregano, freshly chopped
Parsley, freshly chopped
500g rigatoni, penne, spaghetti or Pasta of your choice



Instructions:

1. Slit in the top of each tomatoes. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2minutes, then quick drop into the cold water. Remove and peel the skin down from the slit. Discard or remove the skin and approximately chop the tomatoes.

2. Heat the oil in heavy-based pan. Add garlic and onion and cook for 2minutes in medium heat.

3. Add tomatoes and carrot, cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Then, add tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook for about 2 minutes. then, add oregano and parsley and stir to combine.

4. To cook pasta. Add the pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and add salt and oil to avoid sticking the pasta. Cook until just tender. Drain and put in a big plate, add the sauce toss well to combine.



It is complicated if I will put quantity for every ingredient. Yet, you decide how many person within the family and how much your budget. The advantage to make Tomato Sauce on your own style, it is because you can control your own taste second, it’s cheaper than the already made.
