¼ kilo medium sized tilapia
1 cup vinegar
1/3 cup of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
1. Scrape the scales of the fish and clean.
2. Add all ingredients to the fish cover then let it boil for 15-20 minutes.
3. Do not apply too much heat while cooking to maintain its quality of the ingredients.
4. Taste it before you set aside.
